Several times a week I hear “I wish I had more time”. Each time, I remember a quote I had on my bedroom wall as a motivated high schooler. I like keeping my friends so I usually keep it to myself, but here it is, redesigned for your -ahem- enjoyment.
I gave life hardly a thought when I was eight. Get up when Mom wakes me, be on time for breakfast, and be good at school. Play. Use good manners at supper time. Play. Read. Don’t argue about going to bed. Do it again tomorrow, and play hard Saturday. All day. Long-awaited adulthood rounded
